The section on Fire incorporates poses that build heat in different parts of the body. Earth poses are for grounding and help one connect to the earth. Air relates to breath that is enhanced by pranayama (breathing exercises) for increasing oxygen in the body, along with the astrological constellations in the sky. The section on Water features poses that enable us to move in a fluid way. This is a colorful and informative book. A must have!
